 What is mepo?

A

It is abbreviation of "Medical Portal". Mepo not only notify you of the result of the checkup but also provide web contents related to the health management.

 What is mepo report?

A

mepo is a service for viewing the checkup result via PC and smart phone. It also includes, glossary, information on health, "Body Age", and a PDF of checkup results.

Q

 What is a "Body Age"?

A

"Body Age" is a health index estimated from your checkup result. For your further understanding, it also includes information of health advice.
*Depending on the content of the chekup result, graph cannot be shown with accurate numbers or some items will not be perfectly assembled.
* "Body Age" content is not a service for official diagnosing or specifying any diseases. If you are anxious about your health, please take counsel of the medical institution.
*It is only viewable via PC.

 What does the graph of changes over the years indicates?

A

It is a graph service which shows the past checkup result by each item to indicate the changes over the years. It enables you to check your health condition at a glance.

 What is the medical checkup report PDF?

A

It is a service which outputs the latest checkup result to a PDF file. The files for the past two years are printable and you are able to submit a paper result to your company.

*If you are using company's e-mail address, company's privacy setting might refuse to receive the e-mail from mepo service. Please ask your IT manager.

[If you are using Yahoo e-mail]
Yahoo might automatically blocking the e-mail from mepo service. Please follow the order as below I order to change the setttng.

(1) Click "Setting" →"Refuse spoofing mail in Yahoo e-mail account.
(2)Click "Add list"and add "me-po.net"

 What if I registered the wrong e-mail address?

A

Please re-register using a correct email address. The wrongly registered information will be deleted in one hour.

 What if my family member wants to register for mepo?

A

Relatives may register on behalf of the person himself. Registration by FAX is also available. If you wish for a FAX register, please contact mepo operation team.

Q

 I want to use this service with my family members in one page(account).

A

This service is offered as one account per person. Thus, registration is needed for each family members.

Q

 What is User Number (patients' registration card number)?

A

It is a 7 or 8 digital number written on the documents of medical checkup sent to your specified address. Iif you already have your patient registration card, the same number is also written.

 What if I do not have a registration card?

A

If you are a first time visitor of the hospital, you may not have your patient registration card. In that case, please input the number written on the documents of medical checkup sent to your specified address.

 What if I entered the wrong registration card number by mistake?

A

Checkup result may not show up correctly if you enter a wrong resgistration card number. Please click the "Cancel Registration" button from your personal page and register the correct medical institution and registration card number.

 Am I able to register before the medical checkup?

A

Consultation prior to the registration , or we recommend the registration within one week after the visit .

 By when do I need to register?

A

We recommend registration before or within 1 week from your checkup.

Q

 What if the dead link(URL) occurs?

A

・Due to the version of email software, URL may not be displayed, Please paste all of the URL in the address bar. ・URL may be expired. Please confirm the term of validity. If expired, please register as mepo member again.

 Why do we need nickname?

A

From the point view of personal information management and privacy protection, we always use nickname in all email and web site. Nickname is changeable from “my-page”.

 What if I am not able to login?

A

1. ID/Password is incorrect.
Please recheck the ID/Password.
*Many typos may lock the the website.
→Forgot password: Press "Reissue password" button from the Login site.
→Forgot ID: Please contact mepo operation team.

2. Problem of browser setting
It may by solved by clearing the data cache(temporary data) of the browser.

 What if I forgot the login URL?

A

Please reissue the login URL from the "Top page" by pressing the button "Forgot login URL". However, the different reissued URL will be sent to your registered email, we recommend reregistrating the URL to the bookmark.

 I forgot the registered email address.

A

Please login to your personal page and confirm the "Basic Information" page.
If you are not able to login, please see on FAQ: "What if I am not able to login?".

 I want to change the registered email addres.

A

Please login to your personal page and confirm the "Basic Information" page.

 If you forgot your User ID.

A

Please click the link (Forgot your User ID) to enter your registered e-mail address.
Once pressed "send" button, you receive your User ID at registered e-mail address.

 If you want to change your User ID.

It is unable to change your own User ID through “my-page”, please contact the mepo operation center by email : info@me-po.net .
For the registration User ID, we recommend an easy one which is easy to remember such as your email address.

Please login to your personal page and reissue the password by pressing the button "Forgot Password".

 What if the graph of changes over the years does not show up?

A

The graph will show up by clicking on the graph icon.
If you have not took any medical checkup in the past, only the newest one is viewable.

 When am I able to see the checkup result?

A

Please check if "medical institution registration" and "medical ticket number registration" is done. If you are already registered, medical institution might be in the process of making the checkup result.
In general, it takes on around 1month after taking medical checkup that you can browse your all results.

[About the past checkup result] You cannot see your medical checkup record which took more than 3months before your registration.
When else you have a number of checkup courses on a same day, this service is not available. Please be aware that your report will not be displayed in this case.
Example:
* Able to display ( Able to see the report)
→ physical checkup + cervical cytology (Addition of the optional checkup)
* Unable to display (Unable to see the report)
→ physical checkup + women’s full course checkup (In this case, each course is considered to be a single physical checkup, thus these are considered to be two courses. Therefore unavailable to display on a same day.)

 I have re-registered but cannot view the chekup result.

A

This service is offered as one account per person. Even if you register for a few accounts, medical checkup result is only viewable from one account.
*If you want to confirm the registered information, please contact mepo operation center.

A

Please check if "medical institution registration" and "medical ticket number registration" is done. If you are already registered, medical institution might be in the process of making the checkup result. In general, it takes on around 1month after taking medical checkup that you can browse your result.

[About the past checkup result]
You cannot see your medical checkup record which took more than 3months before your registration.

When else you have a number of checkup courses on a same day, this service is not available. Please be aware that your report will not be displayed in this case.
Example:
・ Able to display ( Able to see the report) → physical checkup + cervical cytology (Addition of the optional checkup)
・ Unable to display (Unable to see the report) → physical checkup + women’s full course checkup (In this case, each course is considered to be a single physical checkup, thus these are considered to be two courses. Therefore unavailable to display on a same day.)

 Am I able to view the past checkup results?

A

After registration, past 3 years of one's medical checkup record is viewable if registrartion is already finished.. From next year, the past 4 years will be viewable and this will continue forever.

 When am I able to view the diagnosis and the Body Age?

A

The "Body Age" is available after overall judgment and all checkup have been finished which will be in about 2-4 weeks. We will send you an email to inform you that the ”Body Age" are viewable.

 Why isn't the medical checkup report sent via the post service?

A

No paper medical checkup report will be sent via the postal service. A PDF file is available from the checkup result page and pressing the button "Print out the latest result". If you wish to receive the checkup report by mail, please contact Tokyo Midtown Clinic(03-5413-0080) before your checkup.

 Is there any data transportation to health fund and/or Company health insurance union?

Data transportation to health fund and Company health insurance union will be done as usual.

It depends on insurance company's judgment so please contact them.

 Am I able to view the website page in English?

A

Our website is available in English. However, the "Body Age" and some contents are provided only in Japanese.

 Am I able to view the checkup result in English?

A

If you wish for a checkup result in English, please inform "in English" before the reservation. No English service is possible after the checkup.

 What is the format of the PDF checkup report?

A

Usually, it is five pages of test results and one page containing the Doctor(s) signature. Here is a Sample

A

It only displays results from Tokyo Midtown Clinic at the present stage, but we will expand the service to other medical institutions in near future.

 Will the medical checkup result sent by paper after resignation of the mepo report service?

"Body Age" is not a personal checkup by the doctor nor it gurantees your healthiness. It may differ from the criteria of the medical institution.
